Replacement Vehicles
After a non-fault accident you may be entitled to a like-for-like replacement vehicle — not just a basic courtesy car. That means a similar class, size, or specification to your own, kept for as long as you reasonably need it while your vehicle is being repaired or a total-loss settlement is agreed.
When you qualify
- Another driver was at fault and can be identified.
- You have an ongoing need for a vehicle (commuting, family, work).
- You engage an accident management company or claim directly against the at-fault insurer.
- The vehicle is being repaired or awaiting settlement following a total loss.
